How did it begun ?

Holistic Outreach Review. The evaluation of outreach programs showed that the church was primarily focused on spiritual service. However, it had neglected the physical aspects necessary for a fully holistic mission, as outlined in the ZACG Vision and Mission statements. We decided that ZACG should fully embrace the Gospel-spreading mission, focusing on serving people both spiritually and physically. Thus, it is a complete mission from God to serve people in their entirety—spiritually and physically. Thus, it is a complete mission from God to serve people in their entirety—spiritually and physically. This therefore reminded the church to start thinking of establishing Zion Development Department (ZDD) which will broadly serve the people of God spiritually and physically irrespective of one being a Zion member or not, (Math 25:44). By empowering people both spiritually and physically, including church members and the surrounding community, we believe we will enhance both the direct and indirect benefits to church growth and blessings. .We proposed the name ‘ZION COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT LINK (ZCEL)’ for registering the NGO legally under the ZACG umbrella. We commissioned the Planning and Development department to accomplish this task as quickly as possible.
Resource Constraints: Challenges in meeting evangelical outreach schedules were attributed to inadequate resources, limited self-devotion, and intra-conflict among clergy and members.
